Dear Meadowers
We know it’s been a while, but we’ve been heads down, working hard to secure the future of the festival—crunching numbers, fine-tuning the strategy, and making sure it’s all worth the wait.
Now, we’re ready to share some big news and fill you in on everything that’s been happening behind the scenes:
How did we get here?
For 13 years, Meadows has been our labor of love, fueled by passion and a commitment to creating something extraordinary. But the last three years have brought us face-to-face with some tough realities.
From the first postponement due to COVID to rising costs worldwide, we’ve been fighting to balance delivering the Meadows experience while keeping things sustainable. It hasn’t been easy.
Then, the government restrictions on our 2024 edition pushed us even further.
But in true Meadows spirit, we kept going —and we’re not stopping now.
We’ve spent the summer leaving no stone unturned to secure the future of Meadows, and we’re thrilled to share that we’ve partnered with an incredible team of producers known for pushing the boundaries of experience design in unique and outlandish locations-- like ours.
Together, we’re setting the stage to make the 2025 edition of Meadows our most exciting and special yet.
So what’s next?
1. We’ve set the dates for Meadows in the Mountains 2025 - 14th-18th August
2. We’ve started curating artists and programming which we’ll be able to share soon
3. Early bird tickets will go live on the 3rd of October 2024
4. We’re working on securing public funding and more partnerships that will help us build a strong foundation for the festival
Our focus is clear: we’re here to make Meadows thrive and create something meaningful for everyone involved.
