After receiving several verbal confirmations, we have been unable to secure a written permit from the local Municipality in Polkovnik Serafimovo. The festival, scheduled for June 6th to 10th, happens to coincide with the EU Representative elections. The Local Municipality decided to prohibit mass gatherings and the sale of alcohol during the election period, specifically from June 7th to 9th. 

The date for the next Meadows in the Mountains will be announced very soon via email, on our website, and on our socials. 

For those who have already purchased tickets, we assure you that they will be rolled over to the 2025 edition. We will soon announce the new dates and provide more options for those who prefer not to transfer their tickets to next year. All lead bookers will receive an email from us on 22.03.2024 with instructions on how to proceed. 

All booking containing at least one MITM2024 ticket will receive a 50% discount for 1 ticket for 2025. In addition you will be part of helping us put together the best Meadows yet. 

You should fill out this form by the 12th of April 2024. We'll take care of the rest for you. If you do not request any changes by that date, your booking will automatically roll over to 2025. 

Only 2024 bookings containing at least one MITM2024 Ticket are eligible for the 50% discount. If you choose to rollover your ticket, you don’t need to do anything. Details on how to claim your  discount will be advised nearer the time.

Please note that you will not receive a 50% discount for each Ticket in your 2024 booking. Each overall booking is eligible to receive one 50% discount on a 2025 ticket. 

All bookings and purchases will automatically roll over to the next 2025 edition. This includes limited edition merch.

Partial refunds are not available. 

All payment plans will be stopped. If you wish to roll over to 2025 your balance date will be postponed. If you opt for a refund, we will send you further information.
